    Hi AdmiralRob,

Which web host are you using?

Just check that they support PHP session, if not here is the workaround:

    Hi jkohlbach!

I have the same problem and installing WP Session Manager didn’t help.

I’m using WordPress 4.2.1 on Hostgator. I also installed the Exclude pages plugin in order for the different variants not show up in the menu.

What else can I try to fix the problem?

    Thanks

Are you using any caching plugins Dmitri?

    Josh

    Hello Josh!

Yes, I’m using “WP Super Cache”.

There are also other plugins on my WordPress instance:

    1) Akismet
    2) Exclude Pages from Navigation
    3) Jetpack by WordPress.com
    4) Hello Dolly
    5) MOJO Marketplace

    Best regards

    Hi Dmitri,

Can you try excluding your home page and the variation page from WP Super Cache?

The other thing it could be is if you have the “Force Users To View The Same Variation During A Browsing Session” option enabled on the test. If this is the case, to test it’s redirecting properly you have to open a new Incognito page, visit the page, completely close all Incognito windows and repeat until you see the variation.

Hope one of these helps, let me know!

    Josh

    Hi Josh,

I disabled WP Super Cache altogether and the problem still occured.

    Best regards
