I reviewed the source code for your homepage and it shows the title as
<title>Manvilleburger.com | Günlük Taze Hamuru ?le "Out of standart" Burgerler</title>
This means that Yoast SEO is correctly outputting the preferred title.
Using the site:

search operators, I can see that Google has received and indexed the preferred title.
This likely means that you searched for a specific search term which means Google scans the index for that exact phrase. Google uses the search term to highlight information in search results which is why the information you see is different than what you entered into the plugin.
To see the meta title and description without search term manipulation, use the search operators followed immediately by the URL of your site.

The title you enter in our snippet preview is a suggestion for Google. If you’ve crafted awesome titles for your blog posts, nothing is more annoying than Google showing another title for your site in the search results.
Google’s generation of page title is completely automated. Google’s goal is to best represent and describe each result. They use a number of different sources to get this information. In doing so, they try to make the search results as relevant as possible. Due to this being handled on Google’s end, there is little you can do to force Google to display your preferred title.
