Front page won't load

Hello! I am running a child theme of Zerif Lite. I use Polylang and have a Norwegian version and an English version of the webpage. I have a Simple Calendar Widget that is activated for both languages on the front page. It works fine on the English version, but in the Norwegian version the front page won’t load unless I deactivate that specific widget. I have no idea why this happens and would be were happy if someone could help me:)
