Frontend 1.2.4 not working

I have folliwng settings :
– Multisite
– WP 4.4.2
– All-In-One-Calendar 2.3.12
– Frontend submission 1.2.4

The settings for the frontend form are set exactly as mentioned on https://time.ly/document/user-guide/manage-add-ons/front-end-post-form-add/.
With the checkbox Accept Frontend Submissions from Super Widget also checked.

The issues :
– People who are not registered can not submit an event. The frontend form does not appear. It only display 0. While in the settings anonymous users can submit an event.
– The front end form is displaying when logged in members click on the Add your event button. BUT when they filled in the form and submit it, they get the error message “You don’t have the required rights”.
– When as Administrator I add an event using the frontend form it works, BUT the event is not added to the right website, it is added to the root website.

Can you fix these issues?
