    Hi –

I’ve been testing the front end functionalities of my site and they don’t seem to be working. When I registered as a new user (under multiple emails) – I could post a campaign, but then when I try to login in and edit it–I can only edit basic account profile details, not the campaign.

Now–when I try to create a new account I receive the following error message: Error: You have submitted the maximum number of campaigns allowed for this year.

This is obviously a very important function -please hep (or point me in the right direction so I can get my website up and running. Thanks.

I also don’t want to make my website address public–is there a way I can submit it privately?

    Thanks,

Once a project has been submitted, it must be edited by the admin. If you want front-end submission capabilities with editing features, you’ll want to look at our IgnitionDeck Enterprise product: https://ignitiondeck.com/id/ignitiondeck-enterprise-white-label-crowdfunding/

That’s so frustrating. I literally purchased Fundify from Theme Forest two days prior to the acquisition by IgnitionDeck –and that functionality was available. Users had the ability to edit their campaigns.

I received no notification of the change–it took about 10 google searches to find out that Fundify was owned by IgnitionDeck. Buyers should have been notified prior to purchase. So these means–the original theme that I purchased–which worked perfectly and had those capabilities no longer does because IgnitionDeck wants more profit.

This is quite unfair. Fundify was perfect the way it was–I shouldn’t have to shell out $300 to make the $60 theme work the way its supposed to. Also, I’ve read there are bugs in the enterprise version–so how do I know it will even work as promised if I pay the extra?

I’m so frustrated by this. I purchased Fundify specifically because A. I’m on a budget and B. it offered front-end submission/editing capabilities. Buyers who purchased Fundify prior to the acquisition should be grandfathered in so to speak. One day the theme worked perfectly, and the next I have to pay $300 extra for it to possibly work.

    Really unfair.

You’re actually incorrect. We haven’t changed anything in the Fundify code, and are supporting all current customers. If it allowed edits, then it should do that still.

That said, we’re still working our way through the software, so make an occasional mistake regarding its functionality.

It has nothing to do with profit, so please stop making assumptions. It’s quite rude.

I apologize. Really–I was quite frustrated as none of those capabilities worked. I also recently purchased another clone script package from another company–which was full of bugs….and just not anything what it was supposed to be.

I was quite rude–do you know the feeling when you just want to get something up and running–and there’s a million setbacks and everything feels like an obstacle? Well, that’s how I felt–and I’m sorry to take it out on support.

But the good news is–and call this karma for a rude post–I was about to hire a company to add the capabilities to edit campaigns from the front-end–and realized that at least as of today–the edit campaign feature had been reinstated. All this via screen sharing and taking up another company’s time.

But…yay. It works. So–I will curb my skepticism that all companies are bad and I hope you accept my apology.

And a million thanks to whoever fixed this issue!
