Frontend Chat With Us

  • Hi There

    The frontend chat with us box says connecting but never opens.

    I have created all necessary fields in firebase and entered all date from firebase into the yith live chat fields but still not working.

    Do you have any suggestions on what to do ore check?

    Could you check if there are spaces in the fields and are sure to copy all file content of the private key ?

    Same Here … It showing CONNECTING Message to Visitor as well as Operator. Both are getting Message CONNECTING. I Have wait for 10 minutes but this message is still on screen since 10 min… please Help in this matter

    I Have taken care that it doesnt have any Blank spaces in KEY also Removed and pasted Key and other instruction for more than 3 to 4 times
