Frontend database?

Hello!

I have this WordPress website which is basically a big database for shows & concerts reviews.
I’m looking to create a frontend page where a visitor can easily search and display results inside that page using basic filters such as countries, dates, artists, etc. (custom fields in the DB).

How would I do that? Is there maybe a plugin that does the job, including options to customize the display of the results?
