frontend editing for one page

  • I want a specific page in the frontend to be editable for another user.
    Using your own login, the page should then be displayed with an edit button.
    The admin bar should not be displayed so that he can only edit this one page.
    After clicking on the button, the user should be able to change and save the page.
    The edit button should only be displayed for this user, the page is displayed normally for all other users. We use elementor as our website builder.
    Can this be achieved with a code snippet or are there other options.
