Frontend embed button on WPLMS theme

The product is awesome from the backend but fails in the frontend use on theme.
Using embed code works but the button Document does not launch when used by tutors on wplms elearning theme from frontend.
We noticed that the click event listener is not triggering the launch of the screen as the backend is.
Is there a solution yet please? We would be happy to purchase the plugin if this works
