frontend insert/edit link not working

Hi,
On the frontend, when i click on the ‘link’ button on the details section, the modal box doesn’t work.
Instead, the options to link shows at the end of the page with the ‘add link’ and ‘cancel’ option cut-off the page.i’m using bootstrap basic template https://wordpress.com.pl/bootstrap-basic.html
How can this be fixed?
