    Hi there,

We are experiencing JS issues with your plugin.

We have down the necessary steps of disabling all plugins and using a WP default 2020 theme. The issues are still persisting regardless of the usual steps.

However, I have narrowed down the issue as to being maybe the Chrome version number.
    Version 79.0.3945.117

I have tried Firefox and Chrome Canary to see if they work and they do.

    Hi,

I just tried it in Chrome and it’s working for me as far as I can tell.

    Version 79.0.3945.117 (Official Build) (64-bit)

What sort of issues are you having? Do you have a blank screen?

Do you see any errors if you go to /wp-json/metaslider/v1 (possibly at the last line)

    Hi,

I don’t see any errors occurring when I go to that URL link.

What happens if that the main UI for the slides is not appearing whatsoever. The top navigation bar for the slider is there, but nothing else below that is showing.

    Hi,

How many slideshows do you happen to have?

It’s only breaking in Chrome? Can you try it in an Incognito window?

In the toolbar, do you see the search bar? Does any part of that functionality work? If yes, can you switch to a different slideshow?

    Hi there,

We saw that in Incognito, it was working properly!

So we did a forced cache clear on Chrome and it is working again.
