frontend not loading after 4.0 upgrade

    Upgrading to 4.0.
    Admin area and login area working fine
    Site not working.
    Disabled all plugins.
    Using a default theme.

    Everything behind – https://www.tse.dk/wp-admin/ works
    The actual site doesn′t anymore – https://www.tse.dk

    Everything worked fine until now and have never had problems. Running on a xampp solution.
