Frontend Optimization Page is Blank

    The Frontend Optimization settings page is blank. Once on that page, the links to the other setting pages don’t appear so the only way to get back to one of the other pages is the Back button. Originally, that was the last page I was on during a previous login and I couldn’t switch to any other settings page under any circumstances.

    I’ve already deleted the plugin, cleared my browser cache, and re-installed SG Optimizer. Same problem.

  • If downgrade to 5.1.4 everything seems to work fine.

    Since I read this thread I’ve started to think that the problem was not related to our Cloud or our websites.
    So I did the downgrade and every website where I did it, SGO started to work fine again.

    We have 100 WP and I can do the downgrade in all of them, but it would be better if you publish an update.

    The 5.2.2 update was just released and the changelog makes no mention of this being fixed. More importantly, it does not even mention the fact that this is an issue. I had a ticket open with SG as well and gave up after numerous go-arounds with them on this. My issue has seemed to have stopped entirely at this point and I am not sure whether it was a Chrome update that fixed it or the last 5.2.1 release of SG Optimizer.

    Not recognizing there is a problem when several folks say they have the EXACT same issue is pretty ignorant.

    @manhattancenters @sstoqnov since last update 5.2.2, I’ve checked that 2 sites where the plugin was failing, now the plugin works fine.
