    Hi,

    I got problems getting the light version started.

    I changed nothing in the backend and added a new menu. Sidebar ist registered. I can see the menu in the frontend an it is possible that the menu title is diplayed or hidden.

    The animation is not working. I can see the second level the whole time.

    I think it is just a problem with my settings.

    The website is a testversion running on xampp.

    I hope you can give me a hand. I’m looking forward to buy the pro version if I get the testversion running.

    Hi!

    Usually this error means Javascript error on the page or that our Javascript isn’t loaded. I should check this, but I think you are working on localhost.

    Solved.

    <?php wp_footer(); ?> missed from the template. https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Function_Reference/wp_footer

    Never forget to include the previous code before the closing </body> tag in your custom template!

    Also there was some random chars before the <html> tag and after the </html> tags. This could cause unexplainable result in the height of the menu items.

    Hello,

    I have the same problem. It seems to be related to Javascript but I don’t know how to detect the problem.
    I tried the safe mode but it doesn’t work.

    It’s working fine on my home page but on the inside pages, all the menu items are expanded and there is no accordion functionality.

    Could you please let me know how you fixed your problem?
