Frontend Submissions Modal Hanging

Hi,
I’m using all the current versions of your Core+ bundle and the Frontend Submissions add on.
Here is the calendar page: https://sustainability.uci.edu/calendar/
All is well when the calendar is first loaded. If you click on the “post your event” button it works fine. However, if you change the calendar view, or change the date range, the button no longer works. It looks like the modal is not displaying, although the modal overlay appears.
I tested to see if it was the theme or one of my plugins, but it doesn’t seem to be the case.
I also found another site through the forums which seems to be having the same issue, but their issue was never resolved: https://www.nwkidsmagazine.com/kids-activities-and-things-to-do/
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
