Frontend Ticket Submission

  • Hello

    I have issues with submitting the tickets from the frontend.

    I assigned the the Plugin to a Page through the settings and used the shortcode [wp_support_plus] to make it work.

    “Ticket Create New Ticket Signature” are visible for any user in the Submission form.
    Creating a new ticket from the frontend a standard user, an agent and an admin does not submit the ticket. At least it does not appear along other tickets submitted through the backend.

    Is this just a free version issue, or have I set up the whole thing the wrong way?

    Hi there,

    Please check your browser console for runtime JS error. As this plugin is 100% ajax working, there should not be any runtime JS error.
    Fixing runtime JS error (if any) is important not only to work this plugin but any functionality having ajax calling, will not run.

    Please raise ticket on plugin site bellow giving your site details to let us check the issue if this is not the case-
