Frontend Update button does nothing

What plugin are you using to provide a frontend editor, or is it a feature of your theme, and if so what is the theme called?

We’re using “Total – Responsive Multi-Purpose WordPress Theme by WPExplorer”. See https://themeforest.net/item/total-responsive-multipurpose-wordpress-theme/6339019. I guess it’s a feature of the theme as we didn’t install any plugins.

Maybe I should be taking it up with the designers?

Ah yes, as that is a commercial theme, we ask that you please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.

Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.

Thanks, James, for your trouble and the link. I didn’t know enough to know if the Frontend / Update feature was WP or third-party. I’ll follow up with the developers.
