Frontend upload

Hi..

Maybe I’m just retarded, but can’t seem to figure out how the frontend users can be allowed to upload their own photo, without going to the admin section.
Could you perhaps walk me through the process? Right now, I do have the avatar photo showing on my frontend page, but theres no option there to upload another…
