Frontier Post compatibility with AJAX-based theme

Hi! I use a theme that is heavily dependent on AJAX (it shows a loading screen while the page loads, then renders the actual page), which I think is why the Frontier Post shortcodes work fine in every theme except the one I’m currently using. Competing plugins seem to work fine. is there any way to make Frontier Post work with my theme?
