Frontpage and blog home page getting muddled

Hi – I noticed when posting links to facebook (and now when looking in google) that my blog home page (named blog, just to be original) pulls the meta title and meta description from the static frontpage (Home) – this is a problem of course because the static pages are aimed at clients, whereas the blog is more a general resource of information aimed at a wider audience. I thought at first that this was to do with the Facebook Open graph plugin I was using, or maybe the All In one SEO pack and have posted queries on both their support forums – but having tried disabling both (apparently no difference) and had no replies, and having pondered over this for a few days I am wondering whether this is a more general wordpress issue? Would be very grateful to hear if anyone has had the same problem, and if they managed to fix it without installing a separate copy of wordpress as their blog (which I really, really, do NOT want to have to do) here’s the link https://fairydoula.co.uk/blog
