Frontpage cached. Forever

I’m testing numerous cache plugins for my heavy WP theme, even CloudFlare. Now everything turned off, but my front page still cached, 10 days already!
From different networks, computers I see same.

At the source code I see
<!– This is the static html file created at 2015-06-14 13:09:09 by super static cache –>
I flush this cache too and then delete plugin, but…

There is no special folders, files in my WP directory.

The question is: how to get rid of this nasty cache???
