FrontPage comes up as a 404page

    I was trying to install A PayPal button and link on a new page.
    Went to view the page.
    I can access the dashboard and when I go to edit a post or Page and click viewpage that page comes up.
    When I try to view online I get a 404page
    Need help it’s my wifes blog site
