Frontpage Cover: no white text below icon and last icon not displaying

it seems to be an issue with desktop browsers, everything is displayed correctly on my iPad and my iPhone.

1.) you can use the highlight to change the link color like this:

2.) I checked your website on my desktop and I see all 4 icons. Maybe you can try and upload it one more time and clear the browser cache

many thanks for the 1.) “highlight”-advice! It works.

2.) the issue persists. As I wrote its only in Google Browsers (Chrome, Brave). What I also noticed is that in the moment I right-click the Inspect Element and get the WebDev tools the icon shows up. Besides, there’s also this == $0 in the Inspect-code, don’t know if this means anything…

Thanks. The challenge is to adjust all relevant pages after e.g. the renaming of a page title or an image. Webmaster job so to say ??

Hi Ana,

all of a sudden your solution (hightlighting the text) for the first part of my topic “no white text below icon” has stopped working.
When I go into the editing mode highlighting is not working anymore.
Wanted to edit the page krimskrams (https://www.gietl.earth/krimskrams/) the way I did for my frontpage Home but its not working anymore.
On home its still working because I do not edit it. As soon as I edit it, the link text gets black again although the text highlighting shows #ffffff.

Any ideas on that?

Hi Maria,

if you add the link as a paragraph you should be able to change the color of the link on the right panel: Color – Link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1s-6RWVBh_HSY9i2ZOoV3VRLhIkvoeGYL/view?usp=sharing or as a highlight. I checked both options and they are working good.
