• I need some help with finding out what has happened to my page. Few days ago i installed AMP for WP plugin with relevant modules (push notifications and WPA)

    After working properly for a few days, then this plugin has stopped all updates to my site. New articles are not showing up on frontpage or categories when seeing as a visitor. Only me as an admin, are able to see new articles. However, if someone has the link of a new article (like clicking on the link through my Facebook page), the article is viewable.
    It’s like the homepage has frozen as a cached page that doesn’t change. I disabled all plugins one by one, i cleared all cache, even changed caching plugins and theme and layouts, nothing seems to be able to change the frontpage. I deleted the plugin and relevant modules and still the page shows with the old theme, old posts, and even the push notification message still pops up.

    What visitors see: https://paste.pics/a29ea76347bdfe3ded5386d03fc925ce
    What i see: https://paste.pics/d5d546832445e4a742aa2ecedf3dceae

    I also submitted a request to google to remove the cached page from search results, in case it has to do with google’s cache.
    Weird thing, this happend when i visit through Explorer and Chrome. From Opera as an admin AND as a visitor i see all new theme, layout and new posts.

    See the plugin support answers here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/frontpage-not-updating/

    On top of it, today my (old) homepage on chrome and explorer, looks totally broken: https://paste.pics/fd6ec5832255c688e502fe9d985b520e

    Please, if anyone has any clues how can i solve this i would be grateful

    Try disabling wp-super-cache. If that solves it, then contact the plugin’s developers to see how best to configure that plugin.

    The HTML code for your homepage shows it’s a cached page generated by the WP Supper Cache plugin on the 3rd of December

    <!-- Cached page generated by WP-Super-Cache on 2020-12-03 02:00:16 -->

    If you’re not currently using the plugin, try installing it and use it to clear the cache, then disable/delete it.

    Also, go to your file system and look for any cache folder cleated by this plugin and rename or delete it.

    And if the plugin left any custom htaccess rules or dropped a config option in your wp-config.php, remote these as well.

    In Firefox, Chrome and Edge (Chromium-based), I see the old posts, and a totally broken layout (ie no CSS applied at all). In the developer console, I see a whole bunch of the error messages

    Refused to apply style from -- SOME URL HERE --- because its MIME type ('text/html') is not a supported stylesheet MIME type, and strict MIME checking is enabled.

    Thank you both so much for answering, i had deleted super cache and installed fastest cache many days ago. Will follow your guidelines and get back here, thank you.

    I did all these, deleted fastest cache and re-installed super cache, cleared cache and deleted again the plugin. Also looked for any folders installed but can’t find nothing. Will try to contact Super Cache developers to help. Thank you very much
