Frontpage Sections Number of Posts

    Front page section 5 does not display number of required posts

    I set the section 5 (How to and DOS) to display All Categories. Number of posts in this section i set to 16 but it only displays 4 posts. when i set to -1 to display all the posts it displays two posts and the posts are actually the same.
