Fruit and veggie pictures on store front page (Ecwid)

    I can’t get rid of the produce pictures that flash on the page before the categories. I deleted the default fruit and veggie categories and the products under them, but the pictures still show for a moment on the store page. Please help! I don’t have any kind of caching issue, to my knowledge.

    Update: I removed the plugin as I’m going to try Woo Commerce. I would still appreciate an answer though, if anyone else has had this problem.

    As I understand, you saw demo products appearing for a moment just before the store loaded. Am I right??

    Such issues like this one may be caused by a store cache. Please follow these steps to flush the cache and check if this helped resolve the issue:?

    • Open this page:?https://my-website.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=ec-params?where?my-website.com?is your website’s link;
    • Scroll the page down and click ‘Clear all caches’ – this will clear the plugin cache;
    • Clear the cache in the caching plugin in case you use it;
    • Clear the cache in your browser or open your store in the incognito mode.
