Fruitful – w3 total cache – minify – no js

Hi all,
I wonder if anyone is using the w3 total cache for the Fruitful theme?
The only way I can get Fruitful working with W3, is if i disable minify. I’ve tried all kinds of minify settings, but after flushing cache, all I get is the simple text, and no js or css…is there something I’m missing?
