Frustrating experience

I made a support request 2 weeks ago and haven’t been helped until today.
After a week of no response, I was asked to open a support ticket. But the problem here is that I can’t open a support ticket without first registering. Unfortunately there is no way to register to open a support ticket. I find a Sign-in-form, but no Sign-up-form on their support-site.
Next I was asked to reach out to their Slack community. But here again the same problem: I can’t get into this Slack community without registering an account in this workspace.
This plugin has bugs, which is okay, as long as we are being helped dealing with this bugs. But this is not the case here.
It seems there is a method to this, in pushing problems that cannot be solved with standard solutions into an endless queue.
That’s why I have to give this plugin the first 1-star-review of my life after over 12 years working with WordPress.

Thanks to Priya’s help, the problem was fixed. When I’m done with the current project, I’ll give my final review.
