Frustrating Install Problems

  • I’m unable to install your plugin, after numerous attempts I have decided to make this forum post. The plugin either stalls at ‘Unpacking the package…’ or complains about the folder already being there.
    To resolve this I have deleted everything out of the folder it is complaining about and restarted the installation, to no success. If you wish to install this yourself onto my website, then provide me with your email and I can send you over some credentials.

    Ah, scrap that, I managed to install this manually.. Another problem though, when I try to run any backup the following error message appears and doesn’t let me continue:
    The HTTP response test get a false http status (403)

    403 is Forbidden open your https://yourdomain.com/wp-cron.php by hand and see if there sanding anythink. Or look if you have any restriction to wp-cron.php. Last option is use our pro support for finding the problem at our configuration.
