FS Contact Form

  • I am trying to set up a form which has an acceptance box for a number of Terms and COnditions.
    #1 The reader needs to accept the T&C with a tick in the “YES” radio button which will allow him to continue with the form.
    #2 The reader does not accept the T&C with a tick in the “NO” radio button which will NOT allow him to continue with the form.
    #3 If neither “YES” or “NO” button is ticked he will not be allowed to continue.

    WHat is the REGEX I should use???
