FS Contact Form not displaying in side bar

    I have installed the text widget in side bar for contact form…in the title I wrote ‘contact form’ and in the message I pasted the code and saved. However, while the words ‘contact form’ are written in the side bar of my site, the actual contact form does not display…it just shows the code under the title contact form. [si-contact-form form=’1′]
