    Hi,

    i have issue that FS poster is causing the issue I cannot open page with posts inside wordpress dashboard.
    Siteground as a hosting company helped to find the cause and they say that FS Poster has created over million entries which more of them are empty so the page with posts crashed when tried to open that page.

    When they have removed some of the emtpy rows that FS Poster has created the issue has been removed, but that was on the stagging site.

    I need help to clean FS Poster empty records to lower the amount of rows and to gete access to page with posts.

    Please let us know whether you are using the lite version or the Pro version.

    Please also let us know what raws or tables are deleted so that we can investigate them.

    Hi,

    I am using Pro version.

    I do not know which rows or tables they have removed. They said to contact you to check how to solve this issue.
    They have removed sone rows, but they said they cannot say did they affect any other functionality on the site. They wanted just to find what is causing the issue.

    Considering purchasing the PAID version that was advertised with the ability to collect comments from FB group posts and import them into WP; however, this feedback here is scary – FB produces enough db rows as it is. Millions of rows would crash any hosting in matter of days. How is this being resolved and what is the difference between lite and paid versions using the db? THANKS

    Hi there!

    You can be sure that the plugin does not have this kind of issue. It was caused by the Yoast Duplicate post on the customer’s website and after the correct configuration of the Yoast Duplicate post plugin, the issue is fixed.
