FTP access missing

    I was able to mage a staging version of my page and can also access it with the link.
    But I cannot see any folder created with FTP. Where is it hidden? Does it have a different name?

    Hello,

    the folder name is part of your url. Login with FTP and it is there.

    Please let me know if you have any other questions or need more information.

    Yes, I understand that. My staging page is /sbgclone. But there is no sbgclone file visible in my ftp data. Can that be anyhow hidden but still accessible?
    If you like, I can send you my login data via e-mail to check furhter?

    Ok, I was able to find it. Was in a folder which wasn’t accessable directly with my login data. So I had to create new ones and now I can see everything.
