    Hi !

    I’m used to backup my website with Udraft and FTP but this time, it does not work and this message is appearring :

    *PHP event code E_WARNING: ftp connect
    php_network_getadresses: getaddrinfo failed: no adress associated with hostname (line 44, wp-content/plugin/udraftplys/includes/ftp.class.php

    Someone can help ?

    Hi,

    Can you please turn on the option “Use the server’s SSL certificates:” then click Save changes button and try to connect to your FTP server and check if it works?

    I turned on “Utiliser les certificats SSL du serveur”, still not working, and the same message… :/

    This PHP error means that it cannot find the DNS hostname you have entered as the FTP server address. So, please check that setting. If it is correct, you will need to ask your web hosting company to look into why DNS lookups are not working for that hostname.
