    Hi I have successfully connected the drupal database but cant seem to get the ftp working .. I assume its the FTP base directory .. I have tried /public_html and also https://www.wangki.org.au/ .. I know the other credentials are correct as I am logged in via FTP to the site. What am I doing wrong? Thanks

    You can find the FTP base directory when you connect with Filezilla (or a similar FTP tool). It should be the directory where Drupal is installed.

    Another solution with less configuration is to use the HTTP method.

    Thanks for getting back to me .. I am not sure what you mean by the HTTP method? The directory where DRupal is installed is /public_html .. unfortunately I cant supply screenshots .. I cant work out why its failing to connect, so frustrating, I want to get on with building the new site.

    Thanks for that .. I just purchased the premium version of your plugin to be able to import everything but it didnt bring over the media
