    I need to know my FTP credentials in www.ads-software.com. [redundant link removed] Can you help send FTP credentials to my email?

    You need to contact your host about this. FTP is a server-level thing, and not part of WordPress.

    This is something you’ll want to reach out to your hosting provider about. I don’t think anyone here would have any way of knowing this information you’re requesting.

    WordPress doesn’t know your FTP credentials but your web host might know or else they’ll have either a help document to get you started or the hosting control panel should be able to help.
