FTP credentials – what?

  • Trying to download a plugin I’m asked for my FTP credentials (FTP username and FTP password). Uhhh…what password/username is that? I tried the pwd/username I use for FTP with the domain provider. I tried my WordPress admin credentials. Doesn’t seem to be either of those.
    Can anyone clarify?
