FTP problem with php file

    Not strictly WP this but…
    I have constructed a plugin with 3 standard php files. Twice now when uploading via ftp (set to ASCII), one of the files has got scrambled but WILL go up OK using Binary option.
    Does anyone have any clue what might be wrong with the one file?

    OK – I’ll answer in case anyone comes across this with the same problem. Had my editor (TextWrangler) set to ‘Mac Line Breaks’ on one of my files. Slip of the mouse probably. Change to ‘UNIX’ and all is well.
