Full Audit Trail

Greetings. This it just the plugin I was looking for. I want to track all changes to the blog, including but not limited to theme switching, plugin installs, deactivate, and delete. When I tested these functions, nothing showed up in the log. Does this plugin log admin functions and if so, what might I have done wrong.
