Full Billing Address

  • I have set up the templates and all is working fine except for the full billing address is not displaying. It will only display the City/Suburb, postcode, state and country but we need the street address as well in order to use the packing slips correctly.

    Hello Terri,
    That’s quite strange – this plugin uses the same functions that WooCommerce uses for the emails and order backend. Could you check the address format in the WooCommerce emails to see if that does include the street address? Have you made any modifications to the checkout fields?
