    Hi, apparently the plugin is not “auto-sycing”. I tried everything: new api key, deleting the plugin (including MailChimp plugin) but still can’t get it.

    This plugin is working as an all-in-one plugin with Premium add-on using the next lines into the primary PHP file of the MailChimp plugin ‘mailchimp-for-wp.php’:

    // PREMIUM
    include dirname(__FILE__) . ‘/premium/mc4wp-premium.php’;
    // SYNC
    include dirname(__FILE__) . ‘/sync/mailchimp-sync.php’;

    It was working well and suddenly started to fail and I don’t know what is it!

    The sync button is working well adding new WP users or those who had been updated BUT not for deleted users… So, if this button would work for deleted users I could disesteem this issue.

    Hi there,

    Why are you loading the plugins like that, if I may ask? Everything should just work if you install the latest version of our core plugins with the following two add-ons.

    Please make sure you’re on the latest versions and always use the default WordPress way of loading these plugins to ensure you stay up to date.

    I tried the proper way but still not working. I’d like to know the databases related with those plugins so I could remove them and install all the plugins again.

    I just found all the registers on the usermeta db so I will remove them and try setting all over again.
    I will post the news.

    I was working with extra fields and the database was full of trash. Once I cleaned all the garbage on usermeta table started to work like a charm.

    So, if someone have been experimeting with extra fields and suddenly the syncing started to fail just give a few moments to clean the table with all the old metadata and woalá.
