Full images through the CDN function after optimized
-
Hello friends,
I’ve been using the W3 total cache specifically for the CDN service from Amazon S3.
I use plugins to optimize images, which resizes any full image size to a smaller size, as I need on my site. I do also use watermark on the photos. All this customization occur automatically at the time of upload.
Well, I realized that the CDN function of W3 upload the full image before it going to WordPress.
I wonder if there is a way of full images are sent to the CDN as with thumbnails are, after uploading to the WordPress gallery. this way, the image up first time in WordPress, the system will perform the work to optimize the full image with the correct size and watermark, delivering the lightest file and the correct dimensions for the CDN, in my case, the S3 Amazon.
I believe this could be useful even for optimizer pictures as smush it plugin. In other words, it would be a help to many people as I use other tools to customize images.
I hope you can answer my call for help.
Thank you.
