Full List of Badges not Showing Under User Edit

  • Greetings,

    When editing a user in WordPress, the following option does not yield a complete list of badges:

    “Select an Achievement Type to Award: Badges”

    The full list of available badges does not show. Currently only 10 of the 30+ badges are showing on the list for choosing. Alphabetically, the first badge and the last 9.

    Anyone else having this problem as of the last two updates? Solution? I have verified that the missing badges are setup the same as showing badges. Could it be the badge display list-box not having scrolling option, as does this message box?

    Not working with the latest 3.7.1.6 version. Only 100 badges are shown.

    We don’t have 100 badges, so I cannot confirm the same issue. It is working with the 25 or so badges on our list. Maybe they’re putting a limit on it somehow because the list could be super long on the user page. Instead, the field should be a searchable and scrollable list-box to pick from. I will re-open this support ticket based on your discovery and perhaps you should create a new ticket as well. Thanks for the feedback.

    I agree. Not worth showing more than 25 at one time. But there should be a navigation or something. I have created another topic here. Hopping they will see. I currently have other issues, including not awarding the badges automatically integrated with learndash activities. But this is another topic.

    YES! I have been having that issue as well. The badges are not being awarded automatically. As I have been too busy to chase that one down (was thinking I did something wrong), now you have confirmed that there’s an ongoing problem. Please add me to your other tickets so that I can follow along and provide any feedback that I have. Thanks is advance.
