Full list of features and list of add-ons

Our official site is down due to maintenance, soon it will be available, there only you will be able to find the features of the plugin along with the add-ons.

For shipping, you have to create the shipping zones and allocate the preferred payment method based on the WooCommerce Shipping, then the shipping option will be available for the vendors. WC-Marketplace is yet to compatible with the UPS and USPS. However, I would like to share the current shipping calculation of the WC-Marketplace.

Suppose, a customer has placed an order and the items are something like this:

Product 1 – Vendor A – cost of the product $50
Product 2, 3 and 4 – Vendor B – total cost of the three products is $150

Let say, the shipping cost of the vendor A and vendor B are $10 and $15 respectively.

So, the customer has to pay total $ 225 (i.e, $50 and $150 for products and $10 and $15 as the shipping charges based on the vendors’ shipping charges).

This is the default flow of the shipping and calculation. But if you use Table Rate Shipping WooCommerce plugin, in that the vendor can assign the shipping charges based on criteria like based on max-min price, weight, etc. Please note that, if you want to use Table Rate Shipping with the WC-Marketplace, please use the WCMp Advance Shipping, a free addon bridging WC Marketplace and WC Table Rate Shipping.

thank you for the information, is it possible that it works with this table rate shipping plugin (url below), or is it only the one made by WooThemes?

This works perfectly for setting up free delivery zones or limiting to where we can ship too.

Well, I am not sure about the Table Rate Shipping plugin from Bolder Elements. If you have this plugin with you, then it would be great if you check out it’s compatibility with WC-Marketplace using the WCMp Advance Shipping. If it goes successfully, do let us know, so that we can add you to the list of plugin contributor.

the table rate shipping plugin from Bolder Elements does not seem to be working. Bolder Elements has set up a new page for setting up shipping zones; it is not the built in page provided in core WooCommerce so there is where the problem is. As a vendor, i cannot select or create a new shipping zone, the shipping settings page is blank for the vendor dashboard. I would be fine buying WooCommerce table rate shipping but your demo site does a poor job at showing how the shipping costs look in checkout; no shipping options are available in your demo site ??
this makes it very hard to make a decision about using your plugin or learning how to use it.

Apology for delayed response. Your thread went to the 3rd page of the support forum. Hence, it missed.

Moving towards your concerns, one by one.

Demo set-up : The setting of the demo site was done properly but as the demo is available to all, as a result, the setup has been changed (as the users play around with it). Hopefully, you understand that multiple users are accessing the site 24*7, so it is not possible to undo the site’s setting.

Table rate shipping : Please note that WC-Marketplace is compatible with the WooCommerce’s Table Rate Shipping. Even, our plugin is compatible with the plugins from www.ads-software.com and WooCommerce, not with any 3rd part plugin provider.
