‘Full name’ field only gathering surname

  • Hi, could you tell me why my forms are only storing the surname when you enter your full name? Site is influencerstrategies.com, there are forms on the home page and keynotes page.

    Try switching to the default theme and deactivating all other plugins.

    why?

    To know if the problem is caused by the plugin itself or other plugin or theme.

    The problem is I have spent a long time fine-honing the design of the site and that would all be lost if I switched to a default theme.

    Then try to deactivate plugins only. If the problem still exists, it could be caused by your theme. If not, it’s caused by a plugin. Reactivate them one by one and take a look over your website each time to discover which is the conflictive plugin.
