Full of bugs! No support despite premium licsence

  • NEVER had such an horrible service. Plugin kills my website. No help and reply from the support (despite premium version!). Not compatible with some of my relevant plugins. Many bugs!

    we are sorry about your experience with our plugin.
    the last few weeks have been very hard for us. we got about 45000 downloads in 2-3 week, our support was flooded by requests and we are still answering issues from this period.
    that’s the reason for the delay in our support answers.

    Herzlichen Glückwunsch! Und nach 2 Monaten immer noch kein Feedback obwohl dank eures “Premium” Plugins mein Shop lahmliegt… So einen unterirdischen Kundenservice habe ich noch nie erlebt. Finger weg!
