Full of Bugs (Paid version)

  • The plug-in disconnect itself fromm Google Analytics, you must reconnect each time manually.
    The analytics are often incomplete, some days are missing, sometimes the plugin stop working…
    I tested it on more than 70 websites.
    The support is ok, but ask me to wait they resolve the issues.
    1 month later, still the case : Analytics stats doens’t updates.
    2022… still buggy

    Sorry for the issue you were facing.

    Can you please link to the support ticket(s) where you discussed the issue?

    The Analytics module is improved a lot since we launched it back in November 2020. We do not see issues with the disconnection of the accounts.

    Please let us know so we can take a closer look and assist you with the issues.

    Exactly the same problem here.
    Only search traffic is displayed, all other informations are a big ZERO.
