Full page background image does not cover the whole page

Add this to your theme’s CSS:

img#fsb_image { max-width: 100%!important; }

Is there a certain place in the CSS where I should put that? When I put it in everything on my page disappeared except the background. Sorry, I know that’s probably a newbie question.
