Full post option on cathegory archives don't work

I want to show full posts in the cathegory archives. On the theme options page under page/post settings I’ve set the Blog Archive option to “Full”. I also did this in the WordPress settings. But all I get is the excerpt of the post. Can someone tell me why or how the settings should be to show the full post? //Pia
