Full Post vs Excerpt Post

    hi there,

    by default, autoloadnexpost use setting from archive pages, so if i set archives page to ‘excerpt post’ the autoloadnexpost also have ‘excerpt post’.

    Is it possible to have excerpt post on archive pages but full post on autoloadnexpost?

    my current theme: generatepress premium

    Auto Load Next Post is designed to run when viewing a single post not on archive pages.

    If you are only getting excerpts loading with Auto Load Next Post then you may need to create your own repeater template and change the content been loaded.

    From just quickly looking at the source code of GeneratePress it looks like it should already be working out of the box.

    1. Can you share your site URL?
    2. What do you have currently set for your theme selectors?

    can i have your email address?

    the plugin work perfectly but i want to set on ‘single post autoloadnexpost’ to full post not excerpt post.

    so when archive pages set to full post —> ‘single post autoloadnexpost’ also full post

    but when archive pages set to excerpt post —> single post autoloadnexpost’ become excerpt post PLUS ADS like this https://prnt.sc/jjxrr9 (is not from my adsense or my wordads)

    I believe it is an error on my part. You see in my prepartion for the pro version of Auto Load Next Post I added to my repeater template to get post types and for posts it returns post but the template is labeled content-single.php not content-post.php so because that template does not exists it fallbacks to content.php so I will correct that and release an update. This will fix with the issue you are facing with.

    I have pushed a release so please update Auto Load Next Post. It should now solve the issue. Let me know if you run into any other problems.

    I should be thanking you for reporting the issue. It should never have happened. Sorry for the trouble and I hope you like the plugin.

    How can I make it so it displays only title and excerpt rather than the full post with comment box.

    I would only like comments box with article your viewing.
